We aim to process orders received on business days within a few hours, ensuring dispatch on the same day. Your order will be directed to the address you’ve designated, with our logistics partners including DHL Express Worldwide, and Postnord Recommended First Class ensuring prompt and secure delivery.

Delivery times are subject to the operational timelines of DHL and UPS, as well as the postal services in the destination country, which may vary. Occasionally, packages may experience delays, particularly if held up in customs. If your order has been dispatched but does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please allow at least 10 days before reaching out for assistance.

Once an order leaves our distribution center, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen external factors. Due to the nature of our products (perishable candy and food items), we are unable to accept returns. This policy applies even in cases of order cancellation, accidental incorrect ordering, or a change of mind after purchase.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • DHL Express Worldwide: Next-day delivery in Europe and 3-6 days in other countries.
  • UPS Worldwide: 2 days delivery in Europe and 3-5 days in other countries.

Customs and Import Regulations

Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply to your order once it reaches your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond our control and cannot be predicted by Nordicbangers.com. As the importer, it is your responsibility to comply with your country’s regulations and laws regarding the import of consumables.

In cases where an order is refused due to local duties, rejected by customs due to local regulations, or not collected by the recipient, we are unable to provide reshipments or refunds. Additionally, orders that are refused, uncollected, seized, or detained by customs are not eligible for refunds or returns, as the perishable nature of our consumable products prevents restocking or resale

This registration allows us to comply with FDA regulations and ensure that our products meet the necessary safety and quality standards for distribution within the United States. Refunds & Returns
