Where do you ship from, and which countries do you ship to?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden to customers worldwide using PostNord and DHL Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your location, feel free to contact our customer service for confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our food and candy products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or broken product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact our customer service for further instructions.
